Refund, Returns & Specials Orders Policy

• Refunds and Returns:
• Floor samples or "as is" merchandise is sold only as a final sale - no cancellation or refund.
• All invoices stating a "Special Order" are not subject to cancellation or refund of down payment.
• All other sales may be cancelled up to thirty days prior to pick up or delivery providing no delivery or pick up attempts have been made.
• Delivery charges will not be refunded if cancelled 24 hours before delivery or if a delivery attempt has previously been made.
• All refunds will be processed within 10 working days from cancellation.
• A $20 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

• Special Orders
• A special order MUST be accompanied by a cash or check deposit with a minimum of 20% down or $50.00 (whichever is greater) of the total special order purchase. Credit cards will not be accepted as a form of deposit.
• All special order tickets are not subject to cancellation or refund of payment.
• We are not responsible for any special order merchandise that will not fit in a consumer's home. That purchase is a final sale.
